A man was killed after he lost control and his Corvette went airborne in Grapevine
Witnesses told responding officers that the driver of a red Corvette traveling north on 121 tried to merge with another lane and lost control. The Corvette swerved across the highway before striking a barrier wall and going airborne. The car flew over the median and landed in the southbound lanes of 121.
